Outdoor Wallet is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Outdoor Wallet stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

Data Storage

All data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:

• License Information: Titles, expiration dates, states, categories, and notes are stored locally
• Photos: All photos (license images and bragging board photos) are stored locally on your device
• Notification Preferences: Your reminder settings are stored locally
• Custom Links: Any links you add are stored locally

No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync (if available in a future update), your data will be synced through Apple's iCloud service and will be subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Notifications

All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use push notifications or any server-based notification system.

Third-Party Services

We do not use:

• Analytics or tracking services
• Advertising networks
• Third-party data collection tools
• User accounts or authentication services

External Links

Our app provides links to state regulation websites, drawing portals, and other external resources that you can save. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. Please review their privacy policies separately.

Photos and Camera Access

When you choose to add photos to your licenses or bragging board:

• We request permission to access your photo library or camera
• Photos are stored only on your device
• You control which photos are added
• Photos are never uploaded or shared without your explicit action

Location Data

We do not collect or track your location data.

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual licenses at any time within the app
• Delete individual photos from licenses or bragging board
• Delete all data by uninstalling the app from your device

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered unless you have a device backup.

Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect information from children. The app is designed for use by adults and may be used by families to track licenses for family members of all ages, but all data remains on the device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
